YHQ341F Overall Inclined Ball Valve
I. Introduction:
The integral inclined globe valve is a new product developed by our company, suitable for liquefied petroleum gas, oil, water, corrosive fluid engineering and aluminum industry alumina conveying engineering. This valve adopts a wedge-type top-mounted structure, with novel structure and excellent performance. At present, most globe valves are side-mounted, and this structure generally has large opening and closing torque, and is greatly affected by temperature difference and pipeline installation stress. However, this product's integral valve body structure ensures that temperature difference and pipeline installation stress do not affect the sealing performance of the sphere sealing pair. When the sealing pair is worn, the spring force can automatically compensate. It is easy to operate, with opening and closing torque only less than 50% of that of common globe valves. It has a long service life: the high-quality PTFE valve seat has metal retaining rings inside and outside, preventing medium scouring damage to the valve seat and cold flow of PTFE. Moreover, the preload can be adjusted to achieve a smaller sealing specific pressure, which greatly improves the service life.
II. Product Features:
1. Reliable sealing: Due to the integral valve body, temperature difference and pipeline installation stress do not affect the sealing performance of the sphere sealing pair. When the sealing pair is worn, the spring force can automatically compensate.

4. Convenient maintenance: When maintenance is required, simply disassemble the valve cover to perform maintenance, without removing the valve from the pipeline.
